The selection of the main bearing and the assembly clearance are fully guaranteed from the structural design, which will not cause the main bearing clearance to drift due to the break and replacement of the safety pin, extend the service life of the main bearing, and fully ensure the long-term stability and efficiency of the equipment operation.
7. New box, using special casting process, processed by imported machining center, high precision hole system.
8. The motor and gear box are connected with a new type of snake spring coupling, which provides large compensation and smoother operation.
9. The ring die and the drive wheel are made of three-piece quick-discharge precision casting hoop, which makes the ring die easy to disassemble.
10. Door cover and chute are made of stainless steel. Strong anti-corrosion ability, long service life.
11. The machine adopts heavy welding frame structure, equipped with iron removal and overload protection device, fully considering the protection of the host during use.
