1. HHSHJ dual-axis high-efficiency mixer product introduction
HHSHJ series two-axis blade high efficiency mixer consists of two rotors rotating in opposite directions, each rotor is welded with a special Angle blade. These blades can drive the material along the inner wall of the groove counterclockwise rotation, while turning the material left and right. At the intersection and overlap of the two rotors, a weightlessness zone is formed, so that the material is in a state of instantaneous weightlessness, so as to form an all-round continuous cycle in the groove, to achieve a fast and soft mixing effect.
2. Performance characteristics
Fast mixing speed, high uniformity: general materials can be mixed evenly within 50 to 90 seconds, and uniformity CV≤5%. This fast and uniform mixing results in a significant increase in production efficiency.
Large variable filling range: the filling coefficient can change between 0.3 and 0.8, to adapt to the mixed needs of different gravity, particle size and other materials in multiple industries.
Mixing without segregation: After mixing evenly within 1 minute, the continued mixing of materials will not occur classification phenomenon, nor will segregation occur due to large differences in physical properties such as specific gravity and particle size.
Fast discharge, small residue: The bottom adopts four-door structure design, rapid discharge and less residue, to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production.
Large amount of liquid added: even if 30% of the liquid is added, the material can still be mixed evenly, especially suitable for the mixing of viscous materials.

The HHSHJ series includes a variety of models, such as SSHJ0.1, SSHJ0.2, SSHJ0.5, SSHJ1, SSHJ2, SSHJ3, SSHJ4, SSHJ6 and SSHJ8, with effective volumes ranging from 0.1 cubic meters to 8 cubic meters, and mixed quantities ranging from 50 kg to 4 tons per lot. All models are equipped with different power (from 2.2KW to 55KW), the mixing time is 30-120 seconds, and the uniformity is less than 5%.
